Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Notice – Opened Products

Returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted if the product has been opened from its original box or used in any way.

🔹 The only exception is if the product has:

  • A crack

  • Or broken glass bottle

In this case:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Provide clear photos showing the damage

  • The product must not be used

If the damage is confirmed to be caused by shipping or manufacturing, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids

  • Gases

❌ Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging
    And accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

In the event that an order is returned, the customer will bear the shipping cost twice (original shipping + return shipping).
